Our approach is flexible, pragmatic and realistic. It is based on the experience acquired by our consultants, both in industry and in outside consultancies. All consultants working for Dogon Conseil have first-hand in-company experience of what their clients are experiencing.

We believe fundamentally that no change can occur without buy-in and that processes of participation and communication play a vital part in all development.
